1. Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs/videos of the package and product
A brief description of the issue
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
3. Refunds
If your refund is approved, the applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method, where possible.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns/refunds may not be accepted when:
The product has been opened or used.
The product has been damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
The customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
The product is returned without prior approval from us.
5. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
