Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

1. No Return

Products purchased from our website cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product.

2. No Refund

All payments are non-refundable. Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, we do not provide refunds.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement or another remedy in accordance with applicable law.
